How does this process work?

Step 1

Gather your ideas! Inquire via email about your session and possible dates!


Step 2

We send out contracts, explore ideas and build a vision board for our session. We can meet via email, zoom, or in-person!


Step 3


We meet for our session to create MAGIC!!!

Within two weeks span we review our session, choose your favorites, your favorites are enhanced, and then your final set is delivered , ready to download and share!

Turnaround

TURNAROUND TIME IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SESSION. Standard time is a minimum of 10 days. To expedite your turnaround within 2 -5 days is an additional fee of $75.00.

Cancellations

Please provide 24-48 hours notice if you need to reschedule for any reason. No Call No Shows will forfeit a transferable deposit and will require another to re-book. In the event of a reschedule, you must book within 90 days of your previously scheduled session date before your deposit/full session retainer is forfeited. 

On Location

Please be mindful that our portrait sessions are on-location sessions, with that being said, we are at the will of weather conditions. If inclement weather presents I will do my best to provide sufficient notice so that we may reschedule a date/time that works for both parties. If the circumstances permit we would have the option to push forward or back our time schedule or explore indoor location options. Keep in mind with certain locations there may be a required fee! 

Late Policy

It is very important that you arrive at your session on time and ready to begin. Please remember time was set aside so please be respectful of that. I would love nothing more for our time together to be well spent. Being late and unprepared will cut into our session time. 15-30 minutes late will result in a fee of $50.00 which will be added accordingly and must be paid before production can begin on your session album. 30 minutes or more may result in a forfeit of your session and fee. Please keep this in mind when scheduling Make-Up and Hair Appointments. 



 All sessions require a deposit of $100.00 upon booking and are non-refundable, but Transferable up to 90 days. This also applies to rescheduling sessions. Your session must be rescheduled up to 90 days before your retainer is forfeited. After deposit, we will discuss wardrobe, location, and themes. This reserves your date/time while allowing me to better prepare my schedule and your session. Electronic invoices are sent via email. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and corporate/company checks.
